For, example, he said certainly instead of good night when his master said good night to him. He said it is fine, too when his master asked him to go to the kitchen. The robot is not intelligent like human, because it has failed the turingtest and made non-human sense.
The robot should be considered just as an application if it does fail the turingtest and makes non-human sense. If the robot passes the turingtest, and it can be considered as alive or have human intelligence. The difference is the distinction of the intelligent level and the treatments that the human treats differently.
Humans should not be allowed to own a robot such as Andrew, because he has human intelligence, emotions, feeling and thinking. When the robots achieve these skills and knowledge, they should be treated or seen as human. They should have human rights and freedom to should everything they want to do legally. They should choose their own destinies and ways to go.
A human should NOT be allowed to marry an intelligent robot. Human is natures creature; they can live, grow older, reproduce and die. Robots are not natures creature; they cant reproduce, and they are immortal. If a human marries to a robot, and a robot stays the same but his partner (human) died after a long time. The situation is not fair for a human to marry a robot, and they cant reproduce, too.
True AI should be considered to have same rights as human being, but not considered as human. True AI should have the same rights and power as human, but they are immortal. Robots habits and energetic sources are totally different from human. Though, they have same feeling and thinking as human. Anyway, true AI should not considered as human, but they should be treated as a human and have equal rights with us.
AI will be a good thing for humanity.
